Collared Dove - request for information

The Records Committee is about to begin consideration of the status of Collared Dove in Hong Kong. In recent years there have been a number of records of Collared Doves, culminating in the first record of more than one bird very recently. The latter also included pictures that appear to be of a juvenile, suggesting that breeding might have occurred.
We would like to collect as many records as possible of Collared Dove in order that we can assemble a full picture of the pattern of occurrence of this species in HK. If you have seen this species, and if you have not already submitted records in the normal way, could you please send me details (date, place, no. of birds). If you did not take any notes on the birds, this is not a problem - still send your records. If you did take a description of any sort, please send this also.

In addition, if you have any other records for 2001 or 2002 that you wish to submit, please do so as soon as you can. The format for the Excel file is very simple: 7 columns as follows: species no., species name, date, place, no. of birds, notes, observer name.
