The first photo looks like a female BLACK-THROATED APLIS, fairly common in Kenya highlands, mostly in forest-edge trees. Sorry can't help you out on the second bird, some sort of female weaver bird. Hope this helps PWMK

Hi Forrest, I am sorry that I was not aware the large file sizes of my photos, I just converted them to 640pixels x 480pixels images before uploading. Next time, I'll check the file size before uploading. cywong
