Interesting photos. At least 3 species included in these 4 pictures. The third one is a Black Kite, The second one is a common buzzard. (identified by it's round tail and wing shape). The first one looks like an osprey. It should be easily recognized by it's white-colored breast but is not shown in this silhouette.

The first one looks a bit like a Marsh Harrier to me. Actually the long elongated wings and the proportionately long tail should safely have bespoken well its identity.

Thank you to all your guesses/comments. The images are really in very bad quality. But they are to the extreme of a 10X optical + 4X digital camera, the best photographic equipment I have. My skill is poor in using the spotscope to track flying birds. So, I cannot use digitscoping technique. Maybe next time, I can try to use manual +3EV or above setting to give a brighter body. The +2EV maximum menu setting is not good enough for this back lighting situation. The upper bird in the thrid image is obviously a black kite. But will the lower blurred bird a black kite as well? Sorry, it is really very difficult to conclude from the seriously blurred image. I also feel strange to the first bird's image. Common Buzzard's wing should not be that sharp pointing. Right? Its wing is not as broad as the other Common Buzzard's image. The shape of wings is different too. But will it be a result of flapping wings?
