ID on small bird body please

The body of small bird was found dead near a wall with windows, not sure if it collided the wall.

A juvenile chinese bulbul body was also found near a tree.
I hope they are not poisoned by the pesticide for mosquito control.....

I thought this is a juvenile great tit at the beginning
but the pattern of the yellow plumage at the neck is quite different from great tit
Could it be something else?

If it's a bird collision with window, it's usually caused broken neck or wings. An autopsy might help to know the fact (by related department like AFCD)?
