I'm not good at identifying trees but that fruiting tree looks like to be a 青果榕 or 對葉榕 to me. It would be better if leaves have been shown. p.s. I thought that "ID please" might include the tree as well .. just kidding ~

Personally I thought this is a Ficus hispida 對葉榕 .. fruits this tree produced attract many birds, such like 苦楝 in Mai Po ... Vincent you got nice photos and birds you got this time is not difficult to be identified. Birds of Hong Kong and South China (香港華南鳥類) by Clive Viney and Karen Phillipps can surely give you a helping hand

Yes Vincent it is by far (again my personal opinion) the most useful bird guide you could find in Hong Kong. You can order it through ESDlife bookshop online and they will post it to you within 2 weeks or so I think. The price should be $14x something with postage cost included. My friend told me he found this book on shelves in a large book store but I couldn't remember which book store he said. Could other birders kindly give Vincent a hand?
