I suppose it is a juvenile white wagtail, because of the brownish-grey back, lack of eyebrow and lack of yellow parts rules out yellow, grey and citrine wagtail. It doesn't look like a forest wagtail to me also... However, I'm not very familiar with the juveniles of other wagtails though...

Thanks, little_dolphin I have never seen any juvenile white wagtail before, so really can't recognize it.
