Is this a juvenile imperial eagle?
(Probably the one that has beening spotted in Mai Po)

I have prepared another version, hope it help to ID this raptors. I have read thru the bird guild, it is most likely a immature imperial eagle. The feet are yellow, the base of wings feather is black with some white portion near the end of the wings. The belly is brown.......
but..the tail is in fan shape instead of narrow tail of imperial eagle....
Could the raptor experts take a look? Many thanks.
