Cattle Egret in a park? 公園的牛背鷺?

Heard that it appeared in the park since Sun. (15/5), wonder why it looks a little dirty? Seems also not too afraid of people too, is it hurt or lost or perhaps other reason?
聽聞自星期日(15/5)才出現在公園內, 但為何看似有污漬? 而且不算太怕人(因為山坡就在公園很多人行經的主路旁), 是否受傷或迷途或有其他原因?

Dear Cran,
I suspect that the black dirts on the body are oil stains. This bird may lost some flight capibility, and so not too able to hunt for food. If so, it would be too hungry to worry about people around.

I see, that's why the stain stay on for so long, but it had been eating things though. And I saw it flying when a couple of people tried to walk closer to it yesterday. The location is at Tsing Yi Park actually, and I saw it and another one in breeding plumage, but the breeding plumage one might have something wrong with one of its leg, which I posted the image in another thread. Thanks Dr. Cheung for your reply.
原來是油漬, 所以歷久不退, 不過亦見過它有在草叢找到食物. 昨天曾見到它飛行, 因為有人走得太近. 拍攝地點其實是青衣公園, 而且昨天還見到另一隻有繁殖羽的, 不過它的其中一隻腳好像有些問題, 相片我已post在另一條thread. 多謝張博士的回應.
