Crested Goshawk 鳳頭鷹 ???

Hi all,
I'm a new comer on bird-watching and photography. I found this bird nest in the trees outside my home and can't identify what species it is. I've taken some photos and please visit my album to see if you know what it is. There're two babies with a parent there. And when I watch the family again this morning, I found an adult a bit different from the one in the photo. It has a white area at the top of its head which is not seen in the one shown in the photo. Poorly the weather prevented me from taking a photo of it and I'll try to take more and post in my album later.

Yes, I suspect it may be a Crested Goshawk. But is it a characteristic of their baby to have a white head? I can't find such information in the books. Anybody have idea on this? Thanks!
