這种鳥是白腰天雪雀。 為什么？ 它的臉 (眼睛黑色，臉白白的 － 跟?頭鷹 想念一樣。 喉沒有黑色 － 其他的雪雀 有黑后， 除了棕頸雪雀以外， 但是它有棕頸！
趾高气揚不是紅色。是另外一?東西。

This is a White rumped Snowfinch. Thare are easy to identify, even from a moving vehicle, because they look like miniature owls with their big white face and dark eye patches. Also, it has no black throat patch, as all other except rufous-necked snowfinch, but that has a rufous neck, which this one does not.
The feet are not red. Either it is carrying a piece of cloth or has had the cloth tied to its feet.

本人亦曾認為是白腰雪雀,當時我現場所見和書中所寫其生活習性可十分相似.但白 腰雪雀的腳是黑色的,而我攝得的鳥的腳是鮮紅色的,因此我亦有所質疑自己的判斷 .請問還有其他可能性嗎?

感覺還是白腰雪雀的可能性比較大。查了一下中國動物志，的確腳應該是黑色。
不過您真的確定是親眼看到它腳的顔色嗎？從最後一張照片看來，紅色的
部分不太像腳，反而像繩子之類的東西。是在何處拍到的呢？
