黃嘴端鳳頭燕鷗 "Sandwich Tern"?

Dear OrientalBirders,
This tern was photographed recently by a young birder at Ilan, northeastern Taiwan:

I'm curious as to what people think of this bird's identity? Some have commented that the yellow tip of the bill may be an artifact of the photography, but I disagree.
Have there been records of Sandwich Terns anywhere in Asia?
