This bird was seen this afternoon in Shing Mum River, Shatin. Is it a immature/ non-breeding Pheasant-tailed Jacana?

Now, that's an amazing record !
Every time that I go by Shing Mun River, I think what potential it has to be a really good birding area - artificial islands, man-made sandy spits etc....just some creativity needed! Anyone agree?
