Agreed - a classic adult male Chestnut-cheeked, this photo shows not only the chestnut cheeks (which can be remarkably difficult to see) but also the dark grey flanks which contrast with the white belly which especially on a more distant bird, can be easier to see.

Great!! it's chestnut cheeked Starling~! Look at its chocolate face~ You can determine it from purple backed starling from its face and the purple color at the back of the head of purple backed starling
