I think this is a juvenile Pied Harrier. Please refer to comments by Paul Leader on other recent postings, but if I am right the key features are: 1. dark slender body 2. on underwing primaries are silver with black barring Cheers Mike K

I agree, another juvenile Pied, but different to the bird photographed by Felixcat, which makes at least six different individuals in and around Mai Po in the past month. Note also the small and very neat rump patch.
