Unsure raptor at Mai Po

I photographed this bird yesterday. At first I thought it was a Marsh Harrier but others have suggested maybe an eagle. Taken around Pond 20 Any confirmation would be appreciated. Neil.

Olympus 7070wz plus Swarovski ATS80HD scope and 20-60x eyepiece.

Neil, I think this is a Bonelli's Eagle. Saw him today as well! 
IMO, they are the most handsome eagles that can be seen in Hong Kong. Yes, I am biased!
