I believe #1 is an adult Imperial Eagle. Seems quite similar to an image I captured last year: No idea about #2.

The 2nd one is likely a juvenile Pied Harrier due to slender jizz and white rump with dark (actually should be chestnut) mottlings. Other views would confirm the tentative ID. I think the IMEA would be a subadult due to white mottling on underwing coverts and no bicolored tail is visible, as of yet. The pale area at the base of tail should of undertail coverts. The "golden" nape may be seen from subadult plumage of this species Nice capture!
