Unknown raptor at MPNR yesterday?

Another raptor that had me stumped . I had heard that a Spotted Eagle had been seen in the area and I thought this could be it? Neil.

Its hard to judge size from this picture, but the uniform dark colour and the large, strong-looking feet look good for Spotted Eagle.
