Unsure Egret?

Taken today from the Deep Bay hide at MPNR. There were several small egrets with yellow bills with black tips . They are also covered with mud which confused things a bit. Could they be intermediated egrets? Neil MPNR, Hong Kong, China. 10/01/06

Hi Neil, It looks like an Intermediate Egret to me. Your other pic looks like a juvenile Greater Coucal. Ken
