Digiscoped today at the fish ponds at Mai Po. By elimination could it be a Temminck's Stint? Neil.

That's exactly what it is, Neil. Basically, combination of greyish, rather plain upperparts and breast and yellow legs (perhaps sometimes a bit more greenish than these appear) clinch this, given size.
