Unsure egret?

This egret flew into 16/17 today. My first impression was Swinhoes but it is not the same bird as seen from the Deep Bay Hide last week that was in breeding plumage. Could it be a non-breeding Swinhoes? Neil Mai Po Nature Reserve, Hong Kong, China. 26/05/06 Olympus 7070wz plus Swarovski STS80HD scope and Sw 30x and DCA adapter

Certainly Swinhoe's - the green legs are just unusual at this time of year, as that's the colour they are in winter basically, while in summer they should be black, with yellow toes. Mike Turnbull
