Do any one know what bird is it? The legs are black. Someone picked up from the street in Kowloon Tong.

It's a juvenile White Wagtail Motacilla alba, presumably of the locally breeding form leucopsis. It probably breeds in the Kowloon Tong area, which has quite a bit of suitable habitat, with open spaces and park/garden type areas. Hope it can make it back into the wild. Mike Turnbull

As far as I know, you need a license to take care of sick or injured bird in HK. The law in HK are very restrictive in this aspect. I think you (Blackdogto) may get yourself into trouble if you take care of the bird yourself. I suggest getting the bird to the proper organization. HF Cheung
