Hi, Neil. How does the Fuji F30 compare with the Olympus c7070? I am not yet able to locate any of the discontinued model. Thanks for your advice in advance.

Fred, I've been using it for two weeks now and it's a nice little camera - Advantages - low noise sensor (iso 100 - 3200 ) iso 400 no apparent noise and iso 800 shows only little noise. - fast at 2.2 frames/sec up to 3 frames or continuous at 0.9 frames/sec until card is full . - last 3 frames is a nice feature (hold down the shutter for up to 40 frames but will only record the lsst 3 frames when released ). Disadvantages - no filter thread for adapter - no rotatable screen - no RAW or histogram - no manual settings for Contrast/Saturation/Noise You can still get the Olympus 7070wz on EBay. Neil.

Thanks, Neil. I am still hoping to get a c7070. I have been keeping an eye on eBay too but the final prices tend to be quite high. Cheers Fred
