Unknown birds at Mai Po

A friend of mine took these photos at Mai Po about 10 days ago and wondered about the ids. Can anyone help? Neil.
Mai Po Nature Reserve,
Hong Kong,
China.

These are wonderful records! - it would be great to have more details - both have been recorded less than 10 times in HK!

I'm sorry to correct my original message . When I asked for clarification the flycatcher was taken at Mai Po but the Tiger Shrike was taken in Kowloon Park. Neil.
