Today (17/11 , Sunday) I saw a male Ring-necked Pheasant on the mid-island of pond 16-17 in Mai Po. It stood there and then a Marsh Harrier flew to it, the pheasant escaped and flew into the bush at the edge of the pond.

Robin Would the bird be an escaped one? I also saw one near waterfowl collection in April this year but the MP officer told me it's an escaped bird.
