今天潮水不錯，漲滿後不久便下降，大群水鳥停在泥灘觀鳥屋頂，吱吱喳喳地叫個不停。幾隻紅腳鷸留在觀鳥屋的窗外等候水退，任拍。
The tide was quite good today. The water receded soon after high tide. Many waders perched on top of the WWF bird hide at the mudflat, making all sorts of noises. A small group of Redshanks stayed just outside the windows of the hide, waiting for the water to go.
其中一隻有腳環。
One of them carried a ring.
三隻大濱鷸在一群中杓鷸之間穿插。
Three Great Knots were moving among some Wimbrels
一向以為招潮蟹全部都是紅色的，原來藍色的也有。
I used to think that all fiddler crabs are red. So some can be blue.
