候鳥何時回歸？
週二聽了一個由英國鳥類學基金會代表主講的講座，談到他們的一些研究工作，例 如野鳥繁殖記錄、候鳥回歸記錄、花園雀鳥觀察等，資料的來源主要是英國各地鳥 友提交的觀鳥紀錄。該會還將紀錄以動畫地圖的方式顯示，讓人一望便知候鳥回歸 英國各地的情況，頗為有趣，以下是今年家燕回歸的紀錄：

When do Migrants return?
During a talk given by the British Trust for Ornithology last Tuesday, I learnt that they organize many studies based on records submitted by birdwatchers all over U.K. Examples include Breeding Bird Survey, Migration Watch and Garden BirdWatch. An idea that I find interesting is to present records of migrants in an animated map, which shows at a glance when the birds arrive and how are they distributed over the country. Here is an example on Bard Swallows:
