On May 24th at 6:30pm, I was happy to see a White-bellied Sea Eagle foraging in Victoria Harbour waters between Hung Hom and North Point. It was a long way away but easy to identify from a distance because of its black and white livery and forward swept V wing position. I saw it swoop down to the water before flying out of sight to continue foraging in front of the Causeway typhoon shelter. Pressumably, the bird is one of a pair that nests on Green Island.

....also on 29th May 2005, my brother photographed a wild but rather tame Fischer's Lovebird (Agapornis fischeri) near Shuen Wan, Tai Po.
