Fei Ngo Shan and Ho Chung

There was a Large Grass Warbler this morning on the top of Fei Ngo Shan, and a Forest Wagtail - a vey early migrant at Ho Chung, by the house above the catchment road between marker 037 and 038. According to the Avifauna, the wagtail is more than a week earlier than the previous first autumn migrant, which was on 7th August 1993. Cheers Mike

One food-carrying adult Large Grass Warbler have also been seen on Tung Shan (North of Fei Ngo Shan) and one briefly viewed individual on Middle Hill at last Saturday.
