I was one of the nicer mornings at Mai Po yesterday as the rain held off until the afternoon and the tide was high enough to bring the birds in. Here are a few digiscoped photos from around Pond 11 and Pond 16/17. There are a couple of "unsure" birds in these photos so if anyone sees anything unusual please let me know. Seeing the Grey Plover still in breeding color was nice.Neil.
