Its white forehead and the dark legs make me feel that it should be a White Wagtail. Forrest

The urban birds are beginnning to get more satisfied with constuction settling in their life. I had seen some standing on top of unfinished buildings and fiddling around with the canes.

Ben, Yes, for example on my site, I always saw a flock of crested myna standing on the boom of the crane at dawn and at dusk begging for food. At Ngau Hom Shek where there was a huge construction project on the way, at least 4 white-breasted kingfishers are looking for prey. A large no. of starling (I cannot see which one) were resting at one of the tree next to our site. I even can observed a single osprey standing on the bamboo sticking into the sea. Well, more fascinating was that a white-bellied sea-eagle was fighting vs 2 black-eared kites at Lung Kwu Sheung Tan in the sky. Many kinds of warblers which was beyond my knowledge were singing on the tree top. I believe that there should be a balance point between development and our environment. We need to educate our next generation. Barry

you guys see the harmony, but to me, it looks sadly all so sad. It may be the place where they are living, the humans go in there, cut the tree and fill in the concerte. The birds in photo seems nowhere to go rather "Harmony" with your construction work.

they have no choice to reject or accept the environment change by us, they must fight for living, so, for me, that's no satisfy.
