All proceeds from illegal killing, trapping, trading, processing, exploitation, storage, transportation, exporting of protected species would be confiscated and a fine between ten and one hundred thousand RMB could be imposed.   ......     1. 文中「非法」一詞不斷出現，會不會是因為在保育法例之外還有不少合法的途徑去捕捉和售賣？   The term "illegal" occurs many times  in the report.
