Nam Chung fishponds, Starling Inlet 拍友請勿擅闖南涌私人漁塘

一則協助一位南涌有機農友發出的告示
近來，一些野生生物攝影師，擅闖私人漁塘範圍內雀鳥休息及覓食的地方，包括一 些沒有開放的塘壆小徑及已乾涸的漁塘，嚴重騷擾了該處棲息的雀鳥。
更有部份不禮貌的野生生物攝影師，沒有理會塘主對他們的勸喻。
塘主事實上歡迎遊人欣賞大自然及野生生物，但他們也雖明白塘主及野生生物的權 利，及遵守一些對野生生物有利的守則。
塘主認為，野生生物攝影師在南涌漁塘行車徑上拍攝照片，是沒有問題。但切勿進 入兩塘間的壆，與及乾涸了的漁塘上 (如圖示)。

An announcement from a Nam Chung fishpond farmer
Recent, there are some wildlife photographers trespassing his fishponds and entered to drain down fishponds for taking photos, causing serious disturbance to birds feeding and sleeping at the pond.
Some wildlife photographers were very impolite and ignored his warning.
He welcomes people to enjoy wildlife and countryside but they should also appreciate the right of a landowner and wildlife themselves.
He said photographers could still take photos along the footpath. However, trespassing the bank in between two fishponds and entering the dry area of the pond should not be done.
The "no-go" area is shown on the figure below.

或許你可考慮把這告示貼於其他攝影 forum 會更為有效, 綜觀此處鳥友所貼文章, 似乎南涌鹿頸一帶不是他們習慣拍攝鳥兒的地方.
