希望大家在享受觀鳥樂的時候, 也為鳥類設想. 
野鳥欣賞
- 隨時提醒自己保持隱密與安靜，不要驚嚇野鳥。
- 避免追逐野鳥，讓牠們能自在地覓食與休息。
- 不用任何不當的方法驅趕或誘引野鳥。
- 觀賞候鳥過境時，謹記牠們迫切需要休息與進食。
- 遇孵蛋或育雛中的鳥巢，應儘速離開，避免親鳥棄巢。
- 不進入在地面築巢之野鳥繁殖地。
- 不捕捉野生鳥類，不公佈野鳥繁殖地點。(避免引起鳥販的注意)
野鳥攝影
- 應重視被拍攝野鳥的自然生態習性，避免不必要的干擾。
- 拍攝時應維持自然狀態，不使野鳥暴露在掠食者、人類或惡劣天候下。
- 稀有鳥種攝影作品之發表，勿透漏詳細拍攝地點。 (避免引起鳥販的注意)
- 應儘量避免拍攝鳥巢；禁止拍攝繁殖中之稀有保育鳥類。 (避免親鳥棄巢)
- 拍攝者及裝備應適當偽裝、掩蔽並保持距離。
