蛋給貓弄破了！請問........ My cat broke 3 bulbul eggs

我們夫妻倆是住四樓的居屋，本來過去五日有「紅耳鵯」在我家花槽的鐵樹上築巢及下了三隻蛋，我們倆本已協議要加倍注意，保護鳥兒一家，所以每天睡時也關起家貓在房中。
今早發現三隻蛋給弄破了，當時還看見家貓沾沾自喜地在花槽附近徘徊。細想之下 ，原來昨天竟太大意忘了關起家貓！雖然我們不是真正殺鳥兇手，但也間接害死三 條小生命。所以最後也買了些香枝，拜祭一番。
請問鳥媽媽還會回來下蛋嗎？
原有的鳥巢應怎樣處理？(才會令鳥媽媽或其他鳥回來下蛋)
還是應丟掉鳥巢？
請指點迷津。
A pair of Red-whiskered Bulbuls have laid 3 eggs in their nest outside my home on the fourth floor. We have tried to keep our cat in check but it broke the eggs this morning.
Will the birds come back and lay more eggs?
What should I do so that they will lay more eggs?
Should I dispose of the nest?

對呀，還是順其自然吧。
如果牠們再回來下蛋，那麼就一定要關好你的貓貓。
有鳥兒肯在你家營巢，真的求之不得，有機會的話請拍些照片，貼在這裡和大家分 享。
