Green Heron

Dear all,
A week ago, I watched a program "predator" at Animal Planet channel. It was about a green heron failed to catch a fish. Later, it observed that the nearby children put some bread to the water pond to attract fishes. So, it went to pick a piece of bread and place on the water surface and wait. Finally, a fish approached and the heron catched it ate it. It was so intelligent.
In HK, is there any observation or report to show the same behavior.
However, it was also told that heron would not learn thiss behavior from its same kind of bird.
