Launch of "A Photographic Guide to the Birds of Hong Kong"
Hong Kong bird watchers produce the first ever
comprehensive photographic guide to local bird species
The Hong Kong Bird Watching Society and Wan Li Book Co. Ltd. jointly launched 'A Photographic Guide of the Birds of Hong Kong', the first comprehensive photo guide that covers 343 species of birds found in Hong Kong.
Featuring beautiful photos and detailed identification notes, the 560-pages book will be an important guide for bird watchers, nature lovers as well as the general public. It also contains photos of birds that were not known in Hong Kong until recently, and also species that are rarely found in similar photographic guides.
Hong Kong Bird Watching Society and the Wan Li Book Co. Limited will jointly present the book at a launching ceremony to be held at the JPC Gallery. You or representative is invited to attend.

香 港 觀 鳥 會 和 萬 里 機 構 合 作 ， 推 出 《 香 港 鳥 類 攝 影 圖 鑑 》 ， 書 中 共 收 錄 了 本 港 343 種 鳥 類 的 照 片 和 重 要 辨 識 技 巧 ， 是 本 地 最 齊 全 的 鳥 類 攝 影 圖 鑑 。
《 香 港 鳥 類 攝 影 圖 鑑 》 全 書 共 560 頁 ， 旨 在 向 觀 鳥 者 、 學 者 、 大 自 然 愛 好 者 、 以 至 普 羅 大 眾 展 示 香 港 鳥 類 最 美 麗 的 一 面 ， 並 提 供 辨 識 要 點 。 書 中 介 紹 了 多 種 最 近 才 在 香 港 發 現 的 鳥 類 ， 還 有 不 少 其 他 同 類 圖 鑑 沒 有 的 珍 貴 照 片 。
