Tell me what your set-up is, ie camera body, lens, tripod etc, and will take it from there ... 
But basically you'd prefer high speed film or ISO setting ( as in DSLR), lens with f/5.6 or faster and a 400mm focal length lens would be ideal. And yes, technique ... precise panning with the subject is particularly important!

就如繪畫一樣，觀鳥也是要講基礎的，用不著一開始就去拍鳥，還是一步一步來好一點，先認識常見的鳥種再說吧！
