Dear all, Could anyone give me some suggestions on reference books, articles or websites on migration of birds, esp. with maps/atlas showing the flyways/routes and the species of birds involved? Many many thanks! Happy birding! Eugene

Searching google.com with keywords like "Asia", "bird migration" and "flyways" could be one of the options. This preliminary search could help grope the picture of bird migration in Asia. You could further explore this topic with additional reading materials listed in some websites. Captain

BTW, academic papers of this topic could be found out easily with using some academic reference searching database like "Biological Abstracts" and "Zoological Records". These databases are available in local university libraries.

Dear Captain, Thanks for your information. The maps I obtained from the internet is mostly East Asian-Australasian Flyway. Or there are other links to the four flyways in North America. I am also interested to know more about flyways or routes involving birds flying to and fro Asia and Europe, and Asia and America. Hope you can give me some more advice. Thanks again! Regards, Eugene
