The parking lot at Tsim Bei Tsui seems to be reserved for buses only, with no space for car parking. I parked in one of the bus places, which was OK on a Monday morning as there were no buses there, but I imagine that it may not be possible to do this on a weekend. Where is the closest place to legally park a car? Cheers, Koren PS I saw 2 BFS, neither had leg rings.

You may try the "Birdwatcher's Cabin" with an entrance just a few yards before reaching the small roundabout (where the green minibus turns back) which leads to the bus parking area. It is a commercially run lot with snack and souvenir shops. They do not charge any parking fees but require some kind of purchases from any of the shops there, as simple as some soft drinks. However, there are some new BBQ facilities recently - so before you enter, please ask if they have changed the rule. Hope the above helps.
