I was wondering if there are any activities planned by HKBWS or members for tomorrow 24 November? You could able to see some common birds + winter visitors.   There should be a free guided birding tour on 25 Nov morning.   If you could spend a half day, go to visit   (i) Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve - woodland birds Take the railway, get off at Tai Po Market Station, take a taxi to there (about HKD 20)   (ii) Long Valley - open country / farmland birds Take the railway, get off at Sheung Shui Station, take a taxi to there (about HKD 15).
