Birds as pets?? 應否讓鳥類寵物雜誌刊登我的雀鳥照片？

For some odd reason I have been asked by a UK publication called Birdkeeper to allow them to use one of my photographs. Firstly, it is good to see copyright acknowledged and permission asked. However I am not sure I feel comfortable with having any of my images used in a magazine for the bird trade. Its not a rare bird, Black-faced laughing thrush, but even so. I'd be interested in learning how others would react. Views welcomed to help me make up my mind.

Well....
If it is a magazine about captive birds, any bird photos will be promoting more captive bird trade. 
I am sure I will not allow them to use my photos.

Hi, Andrew.
In my personal opinion, it is generally not a good idea to render any support to bird trade related activities. One may not be able to estimate the consequences resulting from potential interest generated by the article. To ascertain whether this particular request is no exception, you may ask BirdKeeper to further elaborate on the contents of the article in which your photos will be used. My 2 cents.
