Membership fee receipt

Perhaps a bit off topic, but I need some help. Hope someone can help out here. My MPNR permit has just expired while it reopens to the public again. And the tide is looking good. Have checked with AFCD, they need my HKBWS receipt in order to renew my permit. I have already sent in the membership renewal about two weeks ago but haven't got the receipt yet. Tried contacting the society by phone and email to see if I can get a fax of the receipt. But unable to get a reply over the last few days. Can someone tell me who I should contact to help out on this situation? Thanks very much for any help in advance. I am very eager to be able to go back to MPNR asap.

Dear all of members, Please note that all membership affairs are handled by volunteers working on a part-time basis. Sorry that all of your applications are not handled as fast as you expected as we only have our spare time to process the applications. And, a large number of membership receipt will be sent to members this weekend or early next week who submitted the membership renewal and new application forms for membership Year 2004. My apologies to members for the long time taken for receipts to be produced. Please kindly understand that we have been relying on volunteers to run membership matters. The Executive Committee met on Wednesday and decided to employ a clerk to help in this regard. Hopefully the situation will improve then. I take this opportunity to salute Simon who has spent countless nights working on this while struggling hard for his own career as a young man. The Society is immensely grateful to him.
