入會申請表 Membership Application Form

由現在至2005年12月期間遞交入會申請表, 請註明入會年份.
加入2005年的新會員會收到2005年春季至冬季的會員通訊, 以及2005年出版的觀鳥年報. 但請注意, 會藉將於2005年12月31日屆滿, 會員須於2006年1月1日繳交2006年的會費.
加入2006年的新會員不會收到2005年出版的通訊及觀鳥年報. 而即使於2005年12月前已遞交申請表及付上2006年的會費, 亦只能以非會員身份參加2005年的活動.

When submitting your membership application form from now until Dec 2005, please indicate the year of admission.
Members joining in the year 2005 will receive 4 Bulletins (Spring to Winter 2005 issues) & the latest Bird Report. However, please note that the membership will expire on 31 December 2005. Membership fee for 2006 will be due on 1 January 2006.
Members joining in the year 2006 will not receive Bulletins & Bird Report that are published in the year 2005. Further, they will remain as non-members when joining the Society’s activities even if their application forms & fees are received by the Society before 1 January 2006.
