Kite Watching Outing 觀看麻鷹活動 12/2/2006

Below is the detail of the "Kite Watching" Outing to be held on this Sunday:-
Date: 12/2/2006
Time: 2:30pm - 6:30pm (Sunset at 6:18pm)
Gathing place: Heng Seng Bank (near exit B) of MTR Central Station
Route: Starting from Wanchai Gap, walking along Aberdeen Reservoir Road to Aberdeen Country Park, and then arriving Peak Road through Guildford Road; At Magazine Gap, we will watch over a thousand of Black Kites returning to thier nests before sunset.
The Kite Reseach Group will explain the id features of Black Kites (adult and juvenile). They will also brief their research work and the method of counting kites.
All members and non-members are welcome. No prior reservation is required.
Please arrive the gathering place punctually.
以下是本星期日舉行的《觀看麻鷹》活動詳情：
舉行日期：二月十二日(星期日)
集合時間：下午二時三十分
集合地點：中環地鐵站內恒生銀行(近B出口)
行程時間：下午二時三十分至六時三十分(六時十八分日落）
行程路線：乘車至灣仔峽出發，沿香港仔水塘道，途經香港仔郊野公園，再從僑福道至山頂道 ，最後在馬己仙峽觀看上千隻麻鷹在黃昏時回巢的景況。
介時麻鷹研究組會講解分辦麻鷹成鳥及幼鳥等特徵、介紹他們的調查工作、以及點 算麻鷹的方法等等。
歡迎各位會員及非會員參加，不需費用。
請準時到達集合地點即場報名及出發。
