I have a question... I recently returned to my home in the Tampa Bay area of Florida from a trip to Southeast Asia. (Hong Kong, Thailand etc) I am curious as to the name of the prominent eagle/hawk (raptor) commonly seen soaring over the city and coastline. It is large bird with a concave shape to the tail when seen in flight.
