The first one is Red-throated Pipit while the second one is Richard's Pipit. Red-throated Pipt and Richard's Pipit can be distinguished from the streak pattern on the breast and flanks. The first one is not Olive-backed Pipit because the back of Olive-backed Pipit is olive-green color. And OBP should have a pale white spot on the rear part of ear covert. Also, the bird in the photo shows a uniform buffy color on the base which is a character of Red-throated Pipit.
