First, notice the olive-green wings and back. Also the brownish colour of the breast. Other characteristics are the crests and the "wiskers", which are very appearent from your photograph. For Bright-capped cisticola, the subject is too large (> 5 inches) also, the tail does not brownish edge and face is not grey as in cisticola. Hope it helps.
