Painted Snipe with Cattle Egret at Kam Tin 彩鷸

I had a nice visit to the water buffalo fields at Kam Tin yesterday in the rain. It was nice to see lot's of Wood Sandpipers,Cattle Egrets and Little Ringed Plovers which seemed to enjoy the rain. After I had been sitting under my poncho and umbrella for a couple of hours I noticed something moving next to a Cattle Egret I was about to photograph ( luckily the Swarovski scope is waterproof ). I was very excited to see this female Painted Snipe.Neil.
