The yellow breast and belly indicate that this one is a female. After getting your comment I look into a few more search result and seems people translate both Grey- and Yellow-throated minivet to the same Chinese name. There are also other names as well, e.g. Grey-chinned Minivet and Mountain Minivet. However most people here call it Grey-throated.
