Digiscoped over on Lamma Island this morning in less than ideal light. Using my new Benro Ballhead and Manfrotto Micro focusing balance bar. I hadn't see the Redstart in these woodlands before . Interestingly , I used to see the Blue Whistling Thrush here every day but I haven't seen it for 3 days. Neil. Lamma Island, Hong Kong, China. 19/03/06 Olympus 7070wz plus Swarovskl ATS80HD scope and 30 x telescope eyepiece

Ken, On weekends I don't get so much free time so only about 2 hours. During the week between 3-7 hours. As Guy was in the hide this morning and it was a bit small for the two of us (also too much movement with two lenses moving around ) I just sat in the woods in a small clearing with some camoflage material over my head and my scope/tripod covered. Neil.
